Support
Help for Yukab accounts, iOS features, widgets, deployments, and security issues.
Get help
Yukab is an access-controlled hosting-management platform. For account-specific access, permissions, or hosted-server questions, contact the Yukab administrator who issued your account. For general Yukab product support, email hello@veltar.net.
Sign-in or account problems
- Confirm you have internet access and can reach docker.yukab.net.
- If your account is disabled, deleted, expired, or no longer assigned to the resource you need, contact the administrator that issued the account.
- If you use a remembered-device session and it has expired server-side, sign in again normally.
- Do not send passwords, two-factor secrets, recovery codes, API tokens, database passwords, or private keys in an ordinary support message.
Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode
The iOS app uses Apple’s LocalAuthentication framework as a local app lock. If biometric authentication is unavailable, confirm that Face ID or Touch ID is configured for the device and that a device passcode is enabled. Yukab does not receive biometric templates.
Widget status
The Yukab Status widget uses the public panel-health endpoint and does not use your Yukab login cookie. If the widget appears stale, open Yukab once, confirm internet access, and refresh or re-add the widget. A stale or offline widget does not by itself mean your hosted servers are offline.
Deployments and server operations
If a deployment or operation fails, open the affected server in Yukab and review the operation or deployment log first. Include the server name, approximate time, and non-secret error text when requesting support. Never paste environment secrets, database credentials, private keys, or full authentication headers into a support request.
Security issue
If you believe an account or managed server has been compromised, stop using the affected credential, revoke or rotate it where possible, notify the applicable administrator, and contact support. Do not publicly disclose active credentials or exploit details that would put other users or infrastructure at immediate risk.
Account deletion
You can request permanent account deletion directly in Yukab from My Account → Account deletion. The request is flagged in Account Manager for administrator review. Your account stays active until an authorized Panel Administrator completes the deletion, and you can withdraw the request before it is completed. For help with a deletion request, email hello@veltar.net.
