Terms of Service
Rules and conditions for authorized use of Yukab and Yukab-managed services.
1. Acceptance and authorized access
These Terms of Service govern access to Yukab Panel, Yukab applications, and Yukab-operated hosting-management services. By accessing or using Yukab, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Yukab is intended only for users who have been authorized to access the applicable account, VPS, server, application, or other managed resource.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, device, authentication factors, and recovery information and for activity performed through credentials assigned to you. Do not share credentials with unauthorized people, attempt to bypass role or scope restrictions, or use another person’s account without authorization. Notify the applicable administrator or Yukab Support promptly if you suspect compromise.
3. Hosted content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the applications, files, databases, domains, commands, environment values, and other content or activity you place on or initiate through Yukab. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that content and activity and must comply with applicable law.
You may not use Yukab to intentionally compromise systems, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access or denial-of-service activity, evade technical safeguards, abuse shared infrastructure, send unlawful or abusive traffic, or interfere with other users, servers, networks, or service providers. Yukab may enforce technical limits and network safeguards to protect the platform and third parties.
4. Service changes and availability
Yukab may add, remove, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, test functionality, or service availability at any time. Unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise, Yukab does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability and does not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
5. Backups and data responsibility
Backup features are operational conveniences, not a guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information that would be costly or impossible to replace. Deleting servers, databases, files, backups, accounts, or related resources may be permanent.
6. Suspension and termination
Yukab or an authorized administrator may disable, restrict, or delete accounts or resources when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or protection of Yukab or third parties. App-tester or temporary accounts may expire automatically. Access may also end when the person or organization that issued the account withdraws authorization.
7. Third-party services and Apple
Yukab may rely on third-party infrastructure or platform services. Those services may be subject to their own terms. Use of the Yukab iOS application is also subject to applicable Apple platform terms, including Apple’s standard end-user license terms where they apply. Apple is not responsible for operating Yukab’s hosting service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yukab and the service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free performance. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yukab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitation that is prohibited by applicable law does not apply to the extent of that prohibition.
10. Separate agreements
A written agreement for a particular customer, organization, or service may add to or replace parts of these Terms. If a directly applicable written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the directly applicable written agreement controls for that conflict.
11. Changes to these Terms
Continued use of Yukab after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using Yukab and contact the administrator that issued your account.
12. General
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not grant rights to access any infrastructure beyond the scope expressly assigned to your account.
